Where it all started

My name is Silvana, half Portugese, half Dutch and living in Figueira da Foz, Portugal since 2018.

After moving I opened a Bed & Breakfast and quickly got to know the ins and outs of the country: from local rules and bureaucracy to culture and customs. That experience enabled me to help others with one of the most important steps in their lives: buying, furnishing, renting out, or completely renovating a home.

Every project is unique and I guide them with care, advice and personal attention.

From idea to reality

It all started playfully, when guests at the B&B asked if I could find a property for them and prepare it for rental. Soon this grew into a full range of services - from renovations to new construction, from the first viewing to the delivery of their dream home.
